Legally insured?
We require a valid pink prescription for each production.
This prescription should not be older than 28 days and must contain the details of a right or left eye prosthesis and a diagnosis.
The diagnosis must be stated on the prescription!
According to the Medicines Act, we are not allowed to make an ocular prosthesis without a prescription!
Please note that aids such as ocular prostheses cannot be prescribed by e-prescription.
If you are not exempt, the additional payment is € 10.00. Minors and persons with a valid exemption card are exempt from this regulation.
Will the employers' liability insurance association or accident insurance fund cover the costs for you?
If you have lost your eye due to an accident at work, an occupational disease or a war injury, please bring a prescription from your doctor or a cost coverage declaration from your insurance provider.
Is the social welfare office responsible for you?
You need a permit. Please contact us by telephone before production.
Do you have private or Post B insurance?
You need a private prescription and will receive an invoice from us.
